MENTAL PERFORMANCE COACHING
Less internal friction. Better performance.
You already know how to work hard, solve problems, and get results. But high performance shouldn’t require constant pressure, overthinking, burnout, or sacrificing the parts of your life that matter most. Mental performance coaching helps you perform at a high level with greater clarity, alignment, resilience, and peace of mind.
You don't need to become more capable.
You’ve already proven you can perform. You know how to push. You know how to figure things out. You know how to rise to the occasion. And those qualities have probably taken you pretty far.
But eventually, more effort stops being the answer.
Maybe you’re…
- Replaying decisions long after you’ve made them
- Putting enormous pressure on yourself to get things right
- Successful on paper but questioning what you actually want next
- Carrying work, competition, or responsibility with you long after the day is over
- Struggling to turn your mind off
- Second-guessing yourself when the stakes are high
- Achieving more while enjoying it less
- Wondering whether the pace you’re keeping is actually sustainable
You may not need another strategy. You may need to change the way you think, respond, decide, and perform.
Two decades guiding people through pressure, decisions, and change.
Years of Experience
MEET LORI
I've spent more than two decades watching talented people perform under pressure.
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 20 years in Human Resources — working directly with people, leaders, teams, difficult conversations, decisions, careers, and change.
But some of the most important things I’ve learned about performance came from doing this work in my own life. Coaching changed the way I think, respond to emotions, make decisions, and move through challenges. It gave me tools that created a kind of sustainable peace and resilience I hadn’t been able to create simply by trying harder.
The transformation was significant enough that I became a certified life coach so I could help other people create meaningful change in their own lives.
Today, I bring those worlds together as a Mental Performance Coach.
01.
Decide With Confidence
Make important calls without replaying them in your head for days afterward.
02.
Perform Without Burning Out
Operate at a high level without the constant pressure, overthinking, and exhaustion that usually come with it.
03.
Bounce Back Faster
Recover quickly when something doesn’t go to plan, and turn what happened into information you can use next time.
04.
Get Out of Your Own Way
Build the self-trust and habits that let you lead, compete, and create from intention instead of fear.
What’s taking up mental bandwidth that could be working for you instead?
Coaching tends to focus in four areas.
01.
Performance Under Pressure
Stay clear and composed when the stakes are high, so pressure sharpens your performance instead of shrinking it.
Includes:
- Decision-making under pressure
- Performance anxiety and nerves
- Focus and mental discipline
- Staying steady when it counts
02.
The Inner Game
Quiet the mental noise that drains your energy and get out of your own way.
Includes:
- Overthinking and second-guessing
- Perfectionism and internal pressure
- Confidence and self-trust
- Imposter thoughts and self-doubt
03.
Sustainable High Performance
Perform at a high level without the burnout, so your pace is something you can actually keep.
Includes:
- Burnout and recovery
- Boundaries and workload
- Bouncing back from setbacks
- Building habits that last
04.
Leadership and Next-Level Growth
Grow into the person capable of what you want next, whether that’s a bigger role, a hard decision, or a new direction.
Includes:
- Leadership presence
- Difficult conversations
- Values and career alignment
- Transitions and ambitious goals
THE UPWARD SPIRAL FRAMEWORK
Create an Upward Spiral
Sustainable high performance doesn’t happen because you simply demand more from yourself. It happens when what you’re doing is connected to something deeper.
That’s why my approach to mental performance is built around four elements:
- Connect to what matters deeply, and why it matters.
- Get clear about what you actually want to create.
- Bring your thoughts, emotions, decisions, and actions into alignment with where you want to go.
- Learn from what works, adjust what doesn't, and build patterns that move you forward.
You don’t have to know the entire path before you begin. You need the next aligned step.
