What if I don’t know exactly what I need?

That’s more common than you might think.

Part of this process is helping you get clear on what’s actually going on beneath the surface—and what will truly support you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before we begin.

What happens on a Breakthrough Call?

It’s a conversation.

We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you’re struggling with, and what you’re wanting instead.

You’ll leave with more clarity—and a better understanding of what your next step could be.

If it feels like a good fit, we can talk about working together.
If not, you’ll still walk away with insight and direction.

What if I’ve tried coaching or other things before and nothing worked?

Many approaches don’t go deep enough—or they aren’t tailored to you.

This work is different because we focus on your specific patterns, your experiences, and what’s actually keeping you stuck.

There’s no one-size-fits-all process here.

Will this feel supportive and comfortable for me?

Yes.

This is a space where you can show up honestly—without pressure, expectation, or judgment.

My goal is to help you gain clarity, feel more grounded, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable for you.

How is this different from therapy?

Therapy often focuses on healing the past, processing experiences, and diagnosing and treating mental health conditions.

Coaching is more focused on helping you understand your current patterns, shift what’s keeping you stuck, and move forward with clarity and intention.

Both can be valuable—and sometimes complementary.

What are your coaching options?

I offer both structured coaching packages and personalized coaching support.

Some clients prefer a defined timeframe (such as 6 weeks or 3–6 months), while others choose a more customized approach based on what they need.

We’ll talk through what makes the most sense for you during your Breakthrough Call.

How long do people usually work with you?

It varies.

Because this is personalized coaching, we don’t force a set timeline.

Some women need support for a shorter season to work through something specific.
Others choose ongoing support as they continue growing and integrating changes.

What is the investment?

Because support is tailored to you, the investment depends on the level of coaching that fits your needs.

I do offer structured options as well, which we can walk through together.

We’ll talk through everything on your Breakthrough Call so you can make a clear, informed decision.

What if I’m nervous or unsure about reaching out?

That’s completely normal.

You don’t have to feel 100% confident to take the first step.
